Sealed Air Corporation [CHARLOTTE, N.C.] (NYSE: SEE) announced that current Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, William G. Stiehl, will assume the additional position of Acting Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stiehl will succeed current Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Carol P. Lowe, who will depart the Company.
Synergy CHC Corp [WESTBROOK, Maine.] (OTCQB: SNYR) announced the appointment of Jeffrey Kadanoff as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kadanoff was the Chief Financial Officer for Knight Therapeutics Inc. from February 2014 until October 2017. Prior to joining Knight, Mr. Kadanoff was a Principal with Bain & Company where he served as a strategy consultant for 14 years. Additionally, Mr. Kadanoff was Vice President-Strategic Planning and Development at Reitmans.
Seattle Children’s [SEATTLE] has appointed Suzanne Beitel as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Beitel replaces Seattle Children’s current CFO, Kelly Wallace, who is retiring, after serving in the role for more than 20 years. Beitel joins Seattle Children’s after a 20-year history with JP Morgan, where she currently serves as executive director in the Public Finance Group in New York City. In addition to her extensive career at JP Morgan, Beitel also serves as a board member and chair of the finance committee for Stamford Health. After earning her MBA, Beitel remained in Chicago where she joined Nuveen in health care investment banking.

Yair Malca
InMode Ltd. [LAKE FOREST, Calif.] announced that it has appointed Yair Malca to the role of CFO. In his previous role, Mr. Malca was the Director of Finance for Jazz Semiconductor. Before that, he served as the Controller of Syneron Inc.
Pernix Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. [MORRISTOWN, N.J.] (NASDAQ: PTX) announced that Graham Miao, President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will leave the Company at the end of the year in order to pursue other opportunities. Dr. Miao has served as President and CFO of Pernix since July 2016. Prior to this, he served as a senior advisor to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors of Pernix from May 2016.
Celadon Group, Inc. [INDIANAPOLIS] (NYSE: CGI) announced the appointment of Thom Albrecht as Executive Vice President – Chief Financial and Strategy Officer. Mr. Albrecht succeeds Bobby Peavler as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Peavler will continue to be a resource for the Company. Mr. Albrecht has been a transportation industry financial analyst since 1988 and currently serves as President of Sword & Sea Transport, LLC. Prior to joining Sword & Sea Transport, he served as a Managing Director at BB&T Capital Markets for 12 years. Before rejoining BB&T in 2009, Mr. Albrecht was a Managing Director at Stephens Inc. and has also followed the sector at ABN AMRO, Inc., and A.G. Edwards.
Ensono [DOWNERS GROVE, Ill.] has appointed Norman Smagley as its new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Ensono, Smagley was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Gogo. Before his time at Gogo, he was the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Rand McNally & Company.
Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [WATERTOWN, Mass.] (NASDAQ: TTPH) announced the appointment of Kamalam (Kam) Unninayar as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Kam spent over 11 at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Across her multiple roles at Thermo Fisher, she led financial operations, corporate financial planning and analysis, and finance for business strategy.

Halvor W. Stokke
Confirmit [NEW YORK, LONDON and OSLO, Norway] announced the appointment of Halvor W. Stokke as Chief Financial Officer, following former CFO Ken Østreng‘s move to the position of President and CEO. Stokke joins Confirmit from Kvaerner, where he held the position of Vice President, M&A and Business Development, for five years. Prior to Kvaernar, he spent two years in strategy and business development at Ringnes.
Neustar, Inc. [STERLING, Va.] announced that long time Chief Financial Officer, Paul Lalljie, will retire from the Company on October 23. Paul Lalljie started his career with Neustar in 2000 and has served in a variety of roles, including Vice President, Financial Planning and Treasurer. A search for a new Chief Financial Officer is currently underway.
LINC Housing Corporation [LONG BEACH, Calif.] announced that Brian Shuman joined its management team as chief financial officer. Prior to LINC, Shuman was chief financial officer of Forum Real Estate Group. Before joining Forum Real Estate Group, he served as chief financial officer for Griffis Residential, Carmel Partners and Mercy Housing and as senior vice president of finance for Aimco.
Prescient [DURHAM, N.C.] announced the appointment of Sunil Ghatnekar as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ghatnekar joins Prescient after 25 years with Coca-Cola, where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of the Bottling Investments Group. Prior to his most recent role at Coca-Cola, a position Mr. Ghatnekar held for seven years, he served as the CFO for Coca-Cola’s Eurasia and Africa Group. Mr. Ghatnekar also served as the Group Manager, Corporate M&A for four years.
Silverback Exploration II, LLC [SAN ANTONIO] announced the addition of Matthew Alley to its senior leadership team as chief financial officer. Prior to Silverback, Alley spent two years as chief financial officer and vice president of finance with Palomar Natural Resources. Additionally, Alley was manager of corporate finance at Aspect Energy. Prior to Aspect, Alley was a project manager at Gerbig Management and an investment analyst at Quellos Private Capital Markets.
Denali Ingredients [NEW BERLIN, Wis.] named long-term company adviser Roger Steensma as its chief financial officer.
The Chefs’ Warehouse, Inc. [RIDGEFIELD, Conn.] (NASDAQ: CHEF) announced that John Austin, Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the Company to pursue other interests. The Company also announced that it will promote James “Jim” Leddy, the Company’s Executive Vice President of Finance, to replace Mr. Austin as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Leddy previously served as interim Chief Financial Officer at JetBlue Airways from November 2016 to February 2017 and served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer from 2012 to November 2016. Prior to joining JetBlue, Mr. Leddy served as Senior Vice President, Treasury and Cash Management at NBCUniversal from 2008 until 2012, and as a Senior Technical Advisor at General Electric from 2003 until 2008. Previously, Mr. Leddy held corporate risk and treasury management positions at First Union National Bank and Dai-ichi Kangyo Bank.

Ken Saunders
Social Solutions Global [AUSTIN, Texas] announced that Ken Saunders will be joining their organization as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Saunders comes to Social Solutions from Sizmek, Inc., where he was CFO. Prior to joining Sizmek, Mr. Saunders was CFO for a number of SaaS and technology companies such as FICO, Open Solutions (now FISERV) and Bazaarvoice.
The Tolan Group [MEDIA, Pa.] announce the successful placement of Cindy Bertrando as the new Chief Financial Officer of Elwyn. Prior to joining Elwyn, Cindy worked for AstraZeneca for eight years in various senior financial roles. This included CFO of the operations in Turkey, based in Istanbul and Chief Audit Executive for the global organization, based in London. Prior to this, Cindy spent twenty years at KPMG and was the partner.
Cengage [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Michael Pickrum as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Pickrum succeeds John Leahy who, as previously announced, is stepping down as CFO after three years in the role. Pickrum most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer of EVERFI. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at BET Networks/VIACOM. Prior to becoming CFO, Pickrum was EVP, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President, Business Development of BET Interactive.
Hasa, Inc. [SAUGUS, Calif.] announced that Ken Ward has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Hasa, Mr. Ward served as Chief Financial Officer and Group Controller at two subsidiaries of Berkshire Hathaway’s Precision Castparts Corp.: Aerospace Dynamics International, Inc., and Klune Industries, Inc. Before joining Klune, Mr. Ward spent ten years at Technicolor in a variety of finance and operations roles. He began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
