HomeStreet, Inc. [SEATTLE] (NASDAQ: HMST), the parent company of HomeStreet Bank, announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mark R. Ruh has tendered his resignation from HomeStreet, effective June 5, 2020. The company also announced that it has appointed John M. Michel as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 4, 2020. Prior to joining HomeStreet, Mr. Michel was the Chief Financial Officer of First Foundation, Inc. His prior experience includes chief financial officer and senior finance roles at other banks and specialty finance companies, and he was also a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche.
Electromed, Inc. [NEW PRAGUE, MN] (NYSE American: ELMD) announced that CFO Jeremy Brock has elected to pursue other opportunities and the Company and Brock have established a transition plan. Brock will continue in the role of CFO until July 1, 2020.
Red River [CLAREMONT, NH & RESTON, VA] announced that Jason D. Juranek has been named Chief Financial Officer. Juranek most recently served as both CEO and CFO of Globecomm. Prior to Globecomm, Juranek was the CFO of Harris CapRock Communications.
Datto, Inc. [NORWALK, CT] announced that John F. Abbot has joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Abbot joins Datto from Cumulus Media Inc. where he was CFO. Prior to Cumulus Media, he served as the CFO at Telx Holdings Inc., as well as Insight Communications. Abbot also spent 12 years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he began his financial career, and Morgan Stanley & Co., where ultimately he was a managing director.

Mike Berry
NetApp [SUNNYVALE, CA] (NASDAQ: NTAP) announced the appointment of Mike Berry as executive vice president and chief financial officer effective March 16. Berry joins NetApp from McAfee, LLC, where he was also executive vice president and chief financial officer. Berry will succeed Ron Pasek, who served as NetApp’s executive vice president and chief financial officer for four years and announced his intent to retire earlier this year. Before he joined McAfee in February 2017, Berry was executive vice president, chief financial officer, and chief operating officer at FireEye. Previous to that position, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Informatica. Before his work at Informatica, Berry had led finance and other operations for several technology companies, including SolarWinds and i2 Technologies.
TravelCenters of America Inc. [WESTLAKE, OH] (NASDAQ: TA) announced that Peter J. Crage has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Crage succeeds William E. Myers, who has resigned from the company. Most recently, Crage served as Chief Financial Officer of Diamond Resorts. He also previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Seaworld Entertainment Inc., and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cedar Fair Entertainment Company.

Blake McLean
Ambyint [HOUSTON] announced the appointment of Blake McLean as chief financial officer. His background includes 14 years at industry-leading energy investment bank Simmons & Company International and three years at independent natural gas producer EQT Corp., most recently as senior vice president of investor relations and strategy.

Kimberly Ross
WeWork [NEW YORK] announced that Kimberly A. Ross will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 16. Ross was SVP and CFO at Baker Hughes for three years, prior to its merging with GE’s oil and gas division in 2017. She had previously served in the same capacity at Avon Products from 2011 to 2014 after spending a decade at what is now Ahold Delhaize, where she spent four years as SVP, CFO after serving in a series of senior treasury and tax roles. Earlier in her career, she held finance roles at Anchor Glass and Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, and was a senior manager in the risk and regulatory practice of Ernst & Young. Ross currently sits on the Board of Directors of PQ Corporation, Chubb Insurance Group and Nestlé S.A.
MagnaChip Semiconductor Corporation [SEOUL, South Korea and SAN JOSE, CA] (NYSE: MX) announced that Jonathan Kim, MagnaChip’s Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, is stepping down effective March 27, 2020 to pursue an executive opportunity outside of the semiconductor industry. Kim is expected to continue to serve in a consulting role for the Company through May 2020 to assist in the transition.
Diamanti [SAN JOSE, CA] announced the appointment of Jony Hartono as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Hartono joins Diamanti from Instart, where he served as CFO. Prior to that he served as CFO at Capriza. Previously Hartono held senior finance and corporate development roles with MobileIron, Rackable Systems/SGI and Atrica.
WindMIL Therapeutics [PHILADELPHIA AND BALTIMORE] announced the appointment of Patrick Fabbio as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 30. Fabbio is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Progenics Pharmaceuticals Inc. Before that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of electroCore Medical, LLC. Fabbio was also Vice President of Finance for NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; Vice President of Finance, Innovation and Growth at Catalent Pharma Solutions Inc.; and Chief Financial Officer at Ikano Therapeutics. His other prior financial positions include roles at Sanofi, UniPath Diagnostics, BioMatrix and Coopers & Lybrand.
Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. [NOVATO, CA] (NASDAQ: RARE) announced that Shalini Sharp will step down from her position as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President by September 2, 2020.
Hobsons [ARLINGTON, VA] announced the addition of Thomas Laurin to the senior leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. Laurin joins the company from Genscape, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Tom served in various leadership roles at Thomson Reuters.
The Amynta Group [NEW YORK]announced the appointment of Erin E. Mulloy as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mulloy joins Amynta from Ernst & Young LLP, where she served as a Partner in the Insurance Practice.
Invoca [SANTA BARBARA, CA] announced that Michael DiFilippo has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. DiFilippo worked with companies like MuleSoft and AppDirect, as well as more mature, public companies like Citrix.

Gordon R. Fournier
Piston Group [DETROIT] announced that Gordon R. Fournier has been named chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Fournier’s role is effective March 16, 2020. Previously, Fournier served as president of Masco Cabinetry, a subsidiary of Masco Corporation. He also held the role as the company’s chief financial officer of the company. Prior to joining Masco, Fournier held numerous financial leadership roles with Johnson Controls Inc. including vice president of finance positions for Automotive Global Complete Seat, Automotive Electronics & Interiors, and Automotive Seating Americas. He also served as executive director, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis; and vice president and chief financial officer, Varta Autobatterie GmbH in Germany.

Chris Greiner
Zeta Global [NEW YORK] announced that Chris Greiner has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Greiner was previously CFO at LivePerson. He was also formerly CFO and COO at Inovalon, and spent thirteen years with IBM with roles including CFO and COO of their analytics division, leadership positions in their Asia Pacific region, Global Technology Services and corporate headquarters.
Medifast, Inc. [BALTIMORE] (NYSE: MED) announced that Timothy G. Robinson, Chief Financial Officer, will be stepping down from his position at the company on March 31, 2020. Joseph Kelleman, has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer. Kelleman joined Medifast in 2012, serving in a series of senior financial roles in that time including Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance. He also served as interim Chief Financial Officer of the company prior to the appointment of Robinson in 2013.
Eastside Distilling, Inc. [PORTLAND, OR] (NASDAQ: EAST) announced the appointment of G. Stuart Schreiner as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Schreiner has been a financial consultant with Tatum, LLC, C-Squared Solutions and GSS Consulting LLC since 2002. During and prior to that time, he has additionally held various senior level positions, including Director of Finance or Chief Financial Officer, with Hands-On Labs, Inc., Melco Industries, Inc., AirCell, Inc., Nathan Wechsler CPA, Cablecom-General, Translogic Corporation, Fischer Imaging, and Century International.
SVB&T Corporation [FRENCH LICK, IN] (OTCQX: SVBT), the bank holding company of Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company, announced the retirement of Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Darrell Blocker on March 31, 2020. During his tenure, Darrell also served as Treasurer & CFO of SVB&T Corporation.
Kinsta Inc. [LOS ANGELES] announced the appointment of R. D. David Young as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel (“CFO & GC”). During his career, Young has specialized in taxation, international transactions, finance, and management consulting while serving in professional roles at Ernst & Young, Pepper Hamilton, Raytheon, KPMG, and in his own private consulting practice. Kinsta co-founder and former CFO Tom Zsomborgi will become Kinsta’s Chief Business Officer.
Criteo S.A. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: CRTO) announced that Chief Financial Officer Benoit Fouilland plans to depart from Criteo at the end of the second quarter 2020.

Eric Enjem
Cashmere Agency [LOS ANGELES] announced Eric Enjem as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Enjem has nearly 25 years of direct finance experience – half of them serving the creative industry, working with agencies like OMD USA, Zambezi, and 180LA.

Jim Mrha
Domio [NEW YORK] announced the addition of Jim Mrha as Chief Financial Officer. Mrha most recently led Americas Operations Finance at Hilton Worldwide. Prior to Hilton, Mrha spent five years as the Chief Financial Officer of MGM Hospitality, and over 25 years with Marriott International serving in senior leadership roles in the US, Europe and Asia.
New England Peptide [GARDNER, MA and LOUISVILLE, KY] announced the appointment of David Gavlik to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Gavlik has 25 years of experience, with roles such as Vice President of Finance at Comark and Lista International, as well as leadership roles at Stanley Black and Decker.
